笔记本电脑起火索尼苹果在日本遭到起诉

    去年8月开始的笔记本电脑电池着火风波还未平息。昨日，日本大阪府茨木市的一对夫妻表示，他们购买的美国苹果公司生产的笔记本电脑起火，对他们造成了伤害。这对夫妇已向大阪地方法庭提起诉讼，控告苹果公司以及笔记本电脑电池提供商日本索尼公司。

    他们要求苹果日本公司以及索尼公司赔偿包括精神损失费在内的共200万日元（约合12.5万元人民币）。之前苹果公司向原告退还了电脑货款，但不同意赔偿100万日元精神损失费。

    起诉书中，这对夫妇描述了笔记本电脑起火的现场：去年4月8日，妻子在家中使用电脑时突然有白烟喷出，之后电脑起火烧焦了地板和地毯。而丈夫则在将电脑搬到屋外时，灼伤了右手的手指，妻子也因受到惊吓等原因导致健康状况下降。

    记者昨日在采访索尼中国公司后得知，索尼中国方面已经得知这个消息，对方既然已经提起了起诉，索尼也会以法律的程序处理这件事情。

    索尼生产的电池曾因混入金属粉而多次发生电脑冒烟和起火等事故，自去年8月以来，索尼已在电脑制造商的协助下对近1000万块电池进行了自主更换。
