    2008年3月12日，摩托罗拉V8 2GB（行货）在商家“天禧通手机网”的最新报价为2980元，首次跌破3000元大关，配件：双电双充、耳机、数据线、光盘、皮套。摩托罗拉V8 2GB是一款采用时尚翻盖造型的Linux智能手机。
    
    摩托罗拉V8在该机厚度仅为4.5毫米的翻盖上集成了一个2.2英寸的QVGA分辨率内屏和一个2.0英寸的QVGA分辨率内屏，视觉效果相当华丽。而在功能上，由于该机是一款采用Linux操作系统的智能手机，扩展能力相比非智能手机要出色许多，当然，没有自动对焦且不支持闪光灯的200万像素的摄像头和不支持TF存储卡扩展是V8两个软肋。
