HTC Tilt是一款掌上电脑智能手机，也就TyTN II这款机器的美版，它的机身三围是4.4×2.3×0.73英寸，总重量为6盎司。它所支持的频段为GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900MHz，配备MicroSD(TF Card)主屏分辨率为320 x 240像素，屏幕为触摸式，另外配备一个10倍变焦的摄像头。HTC Tilt支持蓝牙技术，标准通话时间为4 小时，更有长达8天的待机时间，之前所采用的手机平台为Windows Mobile 6。

在当前使用Windows Mobile系统的手机生产商们纷纷将自己品牌的手机更新到最新6.1版本的大环境下， HTC终于有所动作了，这款手机近日正式公布HTC Tilt的Windows Mobile 6.1版本。
