    1.为什么我不能使用超级模式?

    满足以下条件才能使用超级视频:双方同时使用QQ2005 beta3及以上版本并且必须直连。如果不满足这个条件将自动转入普通模式。如果不能直连，可能对方打开了防火墙，可让对方关闭防火墙再尝试连接。

    2.什么是视频普通模式?

    视频普通模式将更节省网络带宽资源，建议您在机器配置不高或网络条件较差的环境下使用。

    3.视频比较卡怎么办?怎样才能更清晰?

    您可以根据个人喜好在菜单中选择质量优先或是速度优先。获得更清晰或是更流畅的视频。

    4. 超级视频需要配备特别的摄像头吗?

    不需要。一般市面上较普及的30万像素摄像头, 已经完全可以支持超级视频的使用。

    5.如何防止恶意视频发送请求骚扰?

    请在超级视频设置中取消“收到视频请求时自动弹出窗口”选项前的勾即可。
