UT斯达康任命新总裁 陆弘亮计划一年内交棒

    6月29日消息，UT斯达康公司周四宣布，彼得·布莱克摩尔（Blackmore）将加入该公司担任新总裁任首席运营官；任命自下周一生效。
    
    据美联社报道，布莱克摩尔将直接向现任总裁兼首席执行官陆弘亮汇报工作。布莱克摩尔为Unisys公司前任副总裁。
    
    陆弘亮在一份声明中说：“我们打算最终让彼得来接替我担任CEO。我们预计这个过渡会在一年内完成，董事会根据判断做出具体决定。”
    
    陆弘亮说，在接下来的过渡期内，他打算成为UT斯达康董事会的执行董事长。当前的董事长托马斯（Thomas J. Toy）将辞去董事长一职，但仍会留在董事会担任首席独立懂事（lead independent director）。
