微软翻新30万旧电脑捐非洲 被指倾销科技垃圾

    微软的一项电脑回收再利用计划引起了业界的争论。据报道，微软公司日前启动了一项名为数字管道的电脑回收计划。微软方面称，该计划最近已捐赠了30万台电脑到非洲肯尼亚，目的在于对日益恶化的环境进行保护，同时把翻新之后的电脑送往真正需要的发展中国家市场。
    
    然而，有业内人士却认为，微软数字管道计划主导将旧电脑等高科技垃圾运往发展中贫穷地区，参与该计划的国家仅仅是“希望找到一个扔垃圾的地方而已。”对此，微软(中国)有限公司公关方面负责人昨天在接受《每日经济新闻》采访时表示，目前微软中国方面对数字管道管道计划的具体情况还不甚了解，但相信公司是出于企业社会责任的考虑启动该项计划的，不存在盈利等目的。(陈未临)
