戴尔CEO或被迫换人内部潜在接班人选有6名

    8月23日消息，据国外媒体报道，有分析师日前指出，如果戴尔CEO迈克尔·戴尔因公司财务丑闻而被迫下课，那么戴尔内部将有6名潜在的CEO继任者。

    戴尔公司的财务问题已经持续了两年之久。



    上周，戴尔公布了内部调查结果，并表示将重申过去四年的财报结果，预计净收入最多减少1.5亿美元。

    尽管有问题的财务数目较小，此前认为该问题可能很严重的分析师们也可以松口气了。但是，公司创始人兼CEO迈克尔·戴尔是否涉案成为了业内关注的焦点。

    分析师Clay Sumner称：“从投资者的角度讲，迈克尔·戴尔是否涉案是本案留下的最大悬念之一，这是每个人都会考虑的一个风险。”

    除了内部调查，戴尔目前还面临着美国证券交易委员会的调查。如果迈克尔·戴尔因为SEC的调查而被迫辞职，那么戴尔就必须重新物色新任CEO。

    事实上，迈克尔·戴尔也是于今年1月份刚刚接替凯文·罗林斯(Kevin Rollins)而成为戴尔新任CEO的。

    如果迈克尔必须要离开，那么戴尔只有两种选择：从公司外部寻找适合的接班人选，或者是从公司当前的高管中选拔出理想的接任者。

    分析师认为，如果戴尔选择后者，那么公司内部现有6名高管可供选择，他们分别是：年初刚刚被任命为全球运营总裁的迈克尔·坎农（Michael Cannon）、2005年加盟戴尔的布拉德·安德森（Brad Anderson）；

    美洲业务主管保罗·贝尔(Paul Bell)、商用产品集团主管杰弗里·克拉克(Jeffrey Clarke)、戴尔亚太与日本业务主管斯蒂芬·费雷斯(Stephen J. Felice)，以及今年61岁的卡蒂（Carty）。
