戴尔CEO：将大规模并购 曾考虑过Gateway

    【赛迪网讯】10月30日消息，据国外媒体报道，戴尔CEO迈克尔·戴尔本周一表示，在不远的将来，戴尔将进行更多并购，而规模和速度将有所提升。
    
    迈克尔说：“PC行业的整合步伐将进一步加快，这对大企业是有利的。在过去的两年中，戴尔并购了5企业，但均已小公司为主。将来，戴尔的并购和速度将均有所提升。”
    
    迈克尔还称，在宏基并购Gateway之前，戴尔也曾考虑过Gateway，但最终并未采取并购行动。
    
    宏基8月底宣布，将以7.1亿美元的价格收购Gateway，该交易预计将于今年年底前完成。
