思科与阿里巴巴签备忘录掘金中国中小企业

    昨日，思科董事会主席兼首席执行官约翰·钱伯斯开始了第六次中国之行。钱伯斯宣布，创新及可持续发展是思科在华发展的重点，公司为此计划在未来3-5年内，在中国投入160亿美元。作为实现这一目标的重大举措，思科将与中国教育部、中国国家开发银行、阿里巴巴集团签署涉及教育、联合投资、中小企业服务领域的一系列合作项目。

    钱伯斯在抵达中国后举行的新闻发布会上表示：“我们不仅看重中国在思科全球运营中的战略地位，更将着眼于中国市场为思科带来的广泛发展机会。在协作和Web2.0技术所带来的新一轮互联网发展浪潮中，中国将成为主要的创新力源泉。我们发布的这些项目将为思科在中国的新发展奠定基础。”

    思科披露，在过去5年中，该公司从中国采购了价值超过70亿美元的部件和服务，这些已成为思科虚拟生产供应链中至关重要的环节。对于未来，思科相关人士表示，根据该公司计划，3-5年内在中国的承诺投入约为160亿美元，其中包括本地采购方面的显著提升，并增加在教育、融资租赁、研发、直接和间接投资以及销售和服务运营等方面的投入。

    在钱伯斯宣布在华发展新目标的同时，思科还与即将在中国香港上市的阿里巴巴的母公司阿里巴巴集团签署了一项谅解备忘录，寻求共同为中国的中小企业提供协作和业务管理解决方案等多种方式的服务。根据此前签署的协议，思科还向阿里巴巴投资约1750万美元，并由此成为该公司IPO的8个基础投资者之一。

    根据思科公司计划，未来3-5年内在中国的承诺投入约为160亿美元。
