联想称明年推新品牌电脑主攻个人消费市场

    11月21日消息，有消息称联想将于明年一季度推出全新品牌电脑，主要针对个人消费市场。

    联想CFO黄伟明昨日透露，联想将于明年第一季度推出一个新产品系列，以针对个人消费市场，同时加强“Think”系列主打企业市场。黄伟明称：“我们发现有很多客户选购电脑时，不会问电脑性能配置，只会看电脑的外形、画面声效是否吸引。”。新系列电脑将于明年首季推出，但未透露新产品价格。

    据悉，联想正计划进入消费者PC市场，目前正在寻找联想台式电脑未来的生产地点。联想目前还没有确定台式电脑的生产地点。目前，联想在匈牙利有一个生产厂。据联想称，这个地方将被可能设在爱尔兰、波兰或者匈牙利的新工厂所取代。联想的笔记本电脑将继续在中国生产。

    联想发言人解释说，进入消费者PC市场是一个全球性的行动。联想可能在2008年上半年开始进入这个市场，也可能在下半年。

    联想目前还没有选择具体的渠道战略。这位发言人称，我们将制定一个全球战略。他补充说，产品的目标是零售市场。
