传Google有意并购Skype 正与eBay讨价还价

    11月20日消息，据国外媒体报道，日前有消息称，Google有意收购Skype，目前正与eBay展开谈判。
    
    2005年10月，eBay以26亿美元并购Skype。对于该价格，Skype创始人后来都坦言确实过高。
    
    但是，eBay对Skype目前的发展状况并不感到满意。本来，eBay计划将Skype完全融入Skype社区，以便于买卖双方沟通，但效果甚微。
    
    最近， Skype又与英国移动运营商“3”结盟，很明显Skype已进入移动市场。与此同时，Google近日又发布了Android移动平台，还准备竞拍明年1月的700MHz 频谱。
    
    因此，并购Skype与Google的移动战略是相符的。
