谷歌正开发按行为付费广告开辟新收入来源

    11月23日消息，据外电报道，谷歌正在开发所谓的“Pay-Per-Action”（PPA，按行为付费）广告服务。这项服务可能使谷歌的收入提高数十亿美元。但是，在线广告领域的一些人士认为，要使一个广告程序很完美是一个巨大的挑战。

    谷歌几乎全部的收入都来自于搜索结果旁边的按点击付费的广告。采用按点击付费，广告商仅在消费者点击其广告的时候付费。这是数十亿美元的在线广告市场中增长速度最快的市场。

    PPA广告把按点击付费广告又向前推进了一步。采用PPA广告，广告商仅在消费者采取某种“行动”的时候才付费。这个行动包括购买一种产品或者一项服务，或者在广告商的网站填写一个注册登记表。

    营销技术服务公司Apogee Search一直与谷歌一起测试PPA广告服务。该公司首席执行官Bill Leake说，谷歌正在努力扩大收入来源，寻求打入视频、移动、广播、电视和按呼叫付费等广告市场。谷歌推广PPA广告服务是有意义的。

    Leake称，PPA广告对于谷歌来说是一个巨大的收入机会。加入按呼叫付费，PPA广告在5至10年后每年将增加50至100亿美元收入。

    谷歌共同创始人Sergey Brin曾表示，PPA广告接近于广告商的最大需求。广告商最终的需求不是点击，而是要发生某些事情，如购买商品等。

    谷歌将继续完善其PPA广告程序。同时，谷歌强调说它不会取代按点击付费广告。
