微软投巨资追赶Google 购雅虎迈出第一步

    3月10日消息，据国外媒体报道，微软首席财务官克里斯·利德尔(Chris Liddell)近日表示，为了超越Google，微软不惜投巨资发展搜索业务。

    利德尔称，微软不惜巨资收购雅虎就是该战略的一部分。而微软和雅虎的结合将有效的控制Google。

    利德尔认为，在搜索领域，用户需要的丰富的客户端体验、客户端和服务器体验，以及服务体验。在这三方面，微软都将拥有很强的优势。

    此外，微软CEO史蒂夫·鲍尔默也表示，将不遗余力地追赶Google。
