UT斯达康又一季财报迟交 再接纳市摘牌警告

    赛迪网讯8月16日消息，UT斯达康本周三宣布，一如预期，2007年8月13日该公司再次收到了纳斯达克市场的摘牌警告，原因是该公司未能按时提交截至2007年6月30日的季度财务报告。 此前，因未能及时提交季度财报，UT斯达康已分别在2006年11月15日、2007年3月13日和2007年5月16日连续3次接到了来自纳斯达克的摘牌警告。
    
    该公司此前曾披露，2007年4月17日，纳斯达克上市资格审查团（Nasdaq ListingQualificationsPanel）有条件地允许该公司继续挂牌交易。在2007年5月14日，纳斯达克上市和听证复审委员会（NasdaqListing andHearing ReviewCouncil）开始对上市资格审查团的4月17日的决定进行审议，目前审议工作仍在进行。UT斯达康预计，在纳斯达克上市和复审委员会做出最终决定之前，其股票将继续在纳斯达克上市。该公司同时表示，无法保证复审委员会会响应该公司的请求再次延长履行提交财报责任。
