华为宣布“辞职门”事件结束 100多人未能续约

    昨天（7日），华为方面表示，长达一个多月的“7000人集体辞职事件”昨天已结束，这次部分员工辞职重签是公司内部重新规范的需要，并非针对新《劳动合同法》的规定而来的。
    
    由于这次“主动辞职”人数众多，全国总工会宣传中心一位负责同志表示，目前全国总工会已对该事件展开调查。
    
    据一陈姓华为内部员工表示，“主动辞职”后，前几天公司已与他重新签订了4年的新合同，其职位和待遇延用老合同的，只不过工号改变了，合同的甲方也变成了华为技术。不过在这次“主动辞职”再“竞聘上岗”行动中他赚了10多万元，而且还获得了5天的带薪假期。
    
    而华为方面则表示，华为有部分主管和老员工“辞职完全属于自愿，公司没有强迫行为。”
    
    华为方面拒绝透露是否经过深圳市劳动行政部门批准，并表示这不是一次裁员行为。华为方面解释称，“近10年来，华为通过快速发展，员工人数已达到7万余人，但也积累了一些问题，聘用主体关系混乱，不利于业务运作，需要重新规范。员工辞职后，绝大部分员工会通过竞岗回到原来的岗位。”
