黑莓手机网络服务中断美加数百万用户受影响

    中新社纽约二月十一日电(邓悦)北美地区黑莓手机(BlackBerry)的无线网络服务在十一日当天出现中断，美国和加拿大数百万用户受到影响。

    黑莓手机的生产商加拿大RIM公司于美东时间当日下午三点二十分对外证实了该技术故障，称其北美地区近一半的用户受到影响。随后美国最大的通讯电话公司AT&T和加拿大的罗杰斯无线通讯公司也都证实其黑莓手机用户的无线网络服务出现中断。

    RIM公司在声明中表示，黑莓手机用户将无法收发电子邮件或者通过手机上网。公司称该技术故障跟北美地区的网络平台有关，但没有透露故障何时能够解决。

    RIM公司在全球有近一千两百万的黑莓手机用户，其大部分都在北美地区，主要用户为美国各大集团公司和政府部门的雇员。
