MOTO手机部门成炙手山芋三星LG无意购买

    2月13日消息，据国外媒体报道，三星和LG日前均表示，无意购买摩托罗拉的手机业务。

    摩托罗拉1月31日表示，正在考虑分拆或出售手机业务部门，此举有助于其它业务部门的健康发展，并更好地服务于用户。

    对此，三星电信部门总裁Choi Gee-sung日前表示，三星无意接手摩托罗拉手机业务。Gee-sung说：“我们在美国的市场份额约为20-25%，因此无需购买其它公司资产。”

    与此同时，全球第五大手机制造商LG移动公司CEO Skott Ahn也表示，无意购买摩托罗拉手机部门。Ahn说：“我们从来就没有考虑过要购买摩托罗拉手机业务。”

    此外，爱立信CEO思文凯不久前也表示，对摩托罗拉手机业务感兴趣，但会持相当谨慎的态度。

    本月初，德国银行证券分析师Brian Modoff曾预测，三星、LG和戴尔有望接手摩托罗拉手机业务。

    本周一还有消息称，摩托罗拉和北电有意合并其无线基础设备业务部门，目前正在为此而展开谈判。但双方此次合作与摩托罗拉分拆手机业务并无关系。
