手机视频网站风网完成第二轮千万美元融资

    近日，手机视频整合提供商风网(100TV)完成第二轮的千万美元融资，领衔投资者为NIF SMBC Ventures，参与的投资商包括思科（Cisco）、智基创投（ID Tech Ventures）与顶华投资（Grand Asia）。据悉，此次融资是迄今为止中国手机视频行业最大规模的风险投资，为风网（100TV）提供强劲助跑动力，有望促成风网（100TV）成为中国最大的手机视频内容与服务提供商。

    风网(100TV)CEO刘述尧(Michael Liu)先生表示：“风网（100TV）旨在通过创新，高效，独特的手机视频产品和服务，为5亿手机用户提供随时随地、无缝衔接的多媒体生活体验。在获得新一轮投资后，风网(100TV)有信心成为中国第一手机视频内容与服务提供商”。

    对于此次投资，NIF SMBC Ventures执行董事李文杰（Peter Lee）表示：“我对于风网(100TV)管理层和公司近期表现十分满意，相信风网(100TV)有能力实现商业目标。非常高兴有这样的机会，与这样一个拥有巨大市场潜力的公司，建立战略投资伙伴关系。此前NIF SMBC Ventures在全球媒体领域拥有丰富投资经验，我们将为风网(100TV)在未来战略合作以及财务等方面提供支持。”

    全球手机视频/电视市场发展潜力无限，用户数量迅猛激增，预计2007年至2010年将从4.1亿增长至31亿（数据来源：艾瑞咨询）。
