国内首条具备45纳米产能芯片生产线在沪投产

    新华网上海１２月１０日专电（记者季明）中芯国际上海１２英寸芯片生产线１０日在上海浦东张江高科技园区成功投产。这是目前国内４条已投产的１２英寸芯片生产线中唯一一条具备生产全球最先进的４５纳米芯片能力的芯片生产线。

    此前，中芯国际在北京的两条１２英寸芯片生产线和无锡海力士１２英寸芯片生产线都还只能达到量产９０纳米芯片的水平。而随着全球集成电路的快速发展，全球芯片产业已逐渐进入６５纳米、甚至４５纳米时代。上月英特尔公司发布了１６款采用４５纳米工艺生产的服务器及高端ＰＣ处理器，标志着４５纳米芯片产品正式投入到应用领域。

    中芯国际总裁兼首席执行长张汝京说，上海１２英寸芯片生产线的首批产品仍将是９０纳米芯片，但与其他３条生产线以存储器芯片为主的状况不同，上海生产线将以技术工艺要求更高的９０纳米逻辑芯片作为主导产品。目前市场前景良好，客户订单纷至，产品供不应求。

    在９０纳米芯片的基础上，中芯国际上海生产线还在积极酝酿６５纳米芯片和４５纳米芯片的生产事宜，并计划在明年年底试投产４５纳米芯片。张汝京说，中芯国际上海生产线已经引进了目前国内唯一一台浸润式光刻机，“有了它，我们就可以做４５纳米芯片的量产，而不仅仅是测试”。
