漳州小吃“鸡仔胎”

    “鸡仔胎”是闽南语的一种叫法。是经过孵化，但又未能孵出小鸡的鸡蛋。鸡蛋内的胚胎已经发育，剥开蛋壳，能看出小鸡的雏形，细软的绒毛，甚至还可以看到鸡骨头呢。要选用自然孵化的活鸡仔胎。闽南一带，每年秋凉以后，多有食用鸡仔胎，滋补身体的习惯。
