MOSFET端

华硕P6T Deluxe OC Palm Edition主板搭载了南桥+北桥+MOSFET的单股一体式散热模块，其中北桥散热模块显然是经过了特殊设计的，且固定方式较之南桥和MOSFET部分也更为牢靠，华硕将其称之为“Wind-Flow Thermal Design”技术。经过特殊设计的北桥散热鳍片能够更好的带走北桥芯片所散发出的热量，甚至能够帮助CPU散热器辅助散热。当然，如果你愿意，你还可以为其加装散热风扇以达到更好的散热效果，可惜除了惯有的MOSFET散热风扇，主板暂时不提供北桥端的散热风扇，需另行配置。
