    键盘配置

    X61整个键盘配置都跟前代相同，一个极小的差别，是开始键的图标多了个黑圈(Vista世代的Windows Logo)。优异的输入触感是ThinkPad卖点之一，X61当然也维持优良传统，虽然看起来外表不起眼，但真要拿来工作时，就能领悟到为什么小黑令人着迷了。

    键盘配置

    接口配置

    除了上面提到取消了红外线口之外，其余接口都没变动。因为少了占空间的光驱，所以尽管是12寸轻薄机种，但接口数量仍算有正常水平。包括USB有三个(左1右2)，也有IEEE 1394，甚至还放了SD卡片读卡器。

    不过，这回还是没有S-Video端子、扩充卡槽还是旧的PCMCIA格式，更新的脚步实在缓慢了些。

左侧：散热孔、USB、VGA、网络端口、PCMCIA卡槽、SD卡读卡器

右侧：进风孔、1394、USBx2、耳机孔、麦克风孔、硬盘、调制解调器端口、电源孔、锁孔
