K550的软件界面是索爱非智能手机专用的，在二年前我们认为它的反应较慢，但现在的情况却不是如此。同样的，K550也拥有飞行模式的功能，在打开电源时可以进行自由选择，不过在飞行模式下SIM卡是不工作的。

　　按下四相位导航键可进入特定功能。当你第一次使用此手机时，K550有简单的引导菜单设置，根据引导菜单很快就能将手机的个性化功能进行设置。K550的菜单为4x3的矩阵式，基本上所有的菜单都列入其中，而且进入子菜单的速度非常地快。

　　在机身内有几个预设置的主题，可对菜单的颜色及背景进行更改。

　　键盘上的快捷按键也是与菜单联动，像一键多媒体、WEB上网、我的文档等等，用户还能将经常要使用的功能列入其中，这样在使用时相当地快捷。
