    在照片画幅选项上，500万像素级别的N905i、P905i最高可以拍摄出5MB大小的分辨率为2592×1944的照片，其他四款320万像素的手机可以拍摄出3MB的分辨率为2048×1536的照片。
    
    905i全系手机支持多种画片尺寸的选择，NEC的N905i甚至在该方面提供了19个可选项目。
    
    夏普SH905i的取景器（开启拍照功能后的手机液晶显示屏）颜色还原偏红，跟实物差距很大。而NEC的N905i取景器则画面偏蓝色多一点，晚上在室内或者灯光昏暗的路灯下将镜头对准所拍事物，在取景器内可能会显得比较恐怖。相比来说，松下P905i在这方面表现较为出色，颜色还原比较真实。
