    开机后，用户可以选择语言，新科 GM-4308提供了简体中文和英文两种语言可供选择。

    选择中文后进入主菜单，可以看出4308和新科之前的GPS页面很相似，不过更美观一些。屏幕左侧为“地图”、“目的地”选项，右边则有“媒体播放”、“蓝牙”、“设置”选项。

    新科 GM-4308提供了多媒体功能，不过只支持AVI的视频文件和MP3格式的音频文件，以及JPEG的图片浏览，内置了两段视频、一首歌曲。再来看视频播放功能，虽然支持的视频格式有限，但随着GPS的进一步发展，支持更多格式只是时间问题，这样车载娱乐终端的功能将会进一步加强。从新科 GM-4308的实际播放效果来看，还是相当不错的，没有出现失帧，掉帧的现像。支持全屏播放。
