    朝内大街130号，它位于朝内大街81号斜对面，两者隔着一条大马路，远远相望。
    
    据说搬进里面办公的企业全都以赔钱搬走结尾，现在处于空置状态。门口有一对雌雄石狮，其中雕刻浑然一体的雄狮胸前本该挂着铃铛的地方却似被人取走一样空无一物。
