　　Mr. David Brandos is vice president, business development for QUALCOMM Incorporated based in San Diego, California. With over 17 years of leadership experience in wireless data communications and technologies, Mr. Brandos is responsible for corporate marketing and communications for QUALCOMM.
　　
　　
　　Previously, he served in a variety of senior management roles for Alltel Communications, Pacific Communications Sciences Inc. and McCaw Cellular Communications.
　　
　　
　　A native of Southern California, Brandos holds two bachelor of science degrees in business and computer science from the University of Phoenix and San Diego State University. Mr. Brandos currently serves on the board of directors of the Wireless Data Forum.
