　　Mr. Hsin heads up Crystal‘s Asia Pacific office in Singapore and the funds‘ investment efforts in Singapore, Greater China, and US companies with Asia-Pacific ties. Mr. Hsin has a combination of investment banking, venture capital, and start-up operating experiences. He was previously one of founding employees and Vice President of Corporate Development at Rebound International, a business-to-business on-line exchange for excess inventory in international trades. Prior to Rebound, Mr. Hsin was a venture capitalist in Walden International‘s San Francisco/Silicon Valley office. He looked at various hi-tech ventures in the Internet, enterprise software, ASP, fiber optics, embedded semiconductor, wireless, and B2B exchange space and was closely involved in Walden‘s investments in About.com (BOUT), Looksmart (LOOK), Sina (SINA), Fairlight, Planetweb, and Virtual Silicon. Prior to Walden, Mr. Hsin was with General Atlantic Partners and Morgan Stanley‘s Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance departments in both New York and Hong Kong. Mr. Hsin has a BS in Physics from Vassar College, a BE in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College, and a MBA from Harvard University.
