　　Mr. Wallace has represented Kyocera Wireless Corp. as Vice President of Sales since October 2000. Prior to becoming Vice President, he served as senior director of international sales. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Wallace was senior director of international sales for QUALCOMM Consumer Products. His responsibilities included management of QUALCOMM‘s mobile and fixed wireless local loop phone sales to all international customers. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, Mr. Wallace held several executive management and board level positions with telecommunications firms. Most recently he served as vice president of business development for WorldQuest Networks, where he was responsible for operations in the Southeast Asia, United Kingdom and Central America. He also served on the board of directors for a wireless local loop operation in Sri Lanka. Previously, Mr. Wallace held the positions of president and CEO for Value Added Communications and served as controller and then director of operations for the Comsat Corporation Global Communications Division. Mr. Wallace graduated from Mercer University with a B.A. in Accounting, and from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Finance.
