青年法律学者郝劲松申请参加漫游费听证遭拒

    1月17日，新民网获悉，法学硕士郝劲松日前向国家发改委申请参加1月22日于北京举行的手机漫游费听证会，但未获批准。1月17日，新民网连线郝劲松，他表示对国家发改委不批准他旁听听证会的具体行政行为不服，他不排除对国家发改委采取法律措施的可能性。
    
    郝劲松表示，2008年1月4日，他听说手机漫游费价格听证会的消息后，就用特快专递的形式向国家发改委价格司和国家发改委邮电运输价格处寄发了“听证会代表申请书”和“听证会旁听申请书”。
    
    1月16日，郝劲松收到了国家发改委的回函，回函内容称“受会场条件限制，无法安排您旁听会议”。郝劲松对新民网称：“这样的理由我是决不能接受的!我不知道国家发改委将在哪个会场举行价格听证会，此会场到底是什么条件，又是如何受限制？是不是多摆一张旁听的椅子就会堵塞会场的交通要道？是不是多摆一张椅子就会造成会场的交通瘫痪，还是多给郝劲松摆一张椅子就会严重扰乱会场的秩序？”
    
    因此郝劲松称，他将向国家发改委提出申诉，要求对方给他一个可以信服的理由，并且他不排除会对国家发改委采取法律措施的可能性。（新民网戴颖敏）
