    崖墓”防盗效果显著，普通的土丘墓也不是没有办法防盗，常见的就深挖墓穴。记述中原、北方地区丧葬制度的《大汉原陵秘葬经》称，“立冢安坟，须籍来山去水，择地斩草，冢穴高深。”深葬除了风水上的考虑，就是防盗；除了深埋，就是置坚固的石椁，防盗效果也不错。一般情况下棺椁以木质为多，石质棺椁可以提高安全性不言而喻。盗墓者常用的斧、凿就很难盗开棺椁。

    在采取这些措施之外，再回填大量细沙，其反盗效果就更不一般了。这种墓有一个专业术语，叫“流沙墓”。
