    酷派8360在外观上采用117.5×60×18.2mm，重为150g，如此大的份量足以让人咋舌，非常具有压迫感。屏幕方面采用的是2.8英寸26万色的TFT显示屏，分辨率为240×320像素。酷派8360采用的操作系统是Windows CE 5.0版本，400MHz的三星ARM920T-SC32442B中央处理器，搭配256MB ROM和64MB RAM，展现非一般的强悍程度。同时，和前作8260一样，8360也支持双卡双待功能，是商务用户的福音。
