    身型方面，倚天X500采用银黑的色调搭配，三围是113×59.5×15.5mm，配合146g的体重，是典型的商务机机型。正面和很多PPC手机一样，都没有加载QWERTY键盘。机身正面搭配了一块2.8英寸，240×320分辨率的65536色TFT屏幕，尺寸是可以，但其65536的色素显示就没有什么突破了。

    倚天X500是以Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone Edition为操作版本，CPU采用三星的400MHz处理器。GPS全球卫星定位系统(X500内建了Wlan 802.11b/g无线网络与Sirf Star Ⅲ GPS晶片摸组),PDA功能，轻松导航。机身的背面搭配一颗200万像素的摄像头，配合闪光灯的应用，可以实现尽情抓拍任何瞬间。内存方面则是128MB FLASH ROM和64MB SDRAM的组合，并支持Micro SD卡进行扩展。

    点评：观察倚天X500的硬件配置可以看出其主频属于高端级别，所以在运行GPS导航时能轻松应付。在其他方面倚天X500表现地中规中矩，综合来说还是一款非常不错的PPC手机。
