由于PPC机型的数据线接口早已有了默认的标准，所以赛格星际G2046采用的还是mini USB数据线接口，进一步体现其通用的性质。在使用数据线连接PC的时候也会同步进行充电，当然要是用户不需要的话也可以通过更改注册表把这一功能去掉。由于其强劲的CPU拥有400MHZ的高频率，所以在下面的一些速度测试，基准测试中都表现出了优异的成绩。

存储卡方面赛格星际G2046选择的是主流的Micro SD卡。蓝牙功能是必不可少的，同时为了方便用户，赛格星际G2046还内置了连线精灵，在国内无论用户选择使用联通还是移动运营商的SIM卡，连线精灵会第一时间为你调整网络参数。另外一点要提及的是其蓝牙功能，其设置还是较为丰富的，需要与另一台机器传输名片或进行FTP共享文件操作起来也十分简便。不过要是用户想通过赛格星际G2046进行Wi-Fi冲浪的话就会觉得遗憾了，因为它并不支持Wi-Fi功能。
