牛院长：发现这一只乌龟里面有14枚卵在里面。

饲养员：这是我第一次发现乌龟怀有这么多卵。

这只凹甲陆龟她居然怀了14枚卵。它们整齐的排列在乌龟的腹腔中。一般的乌龟产卵在7枚到10枚左右。而大宝腹腔中的卵几乎比其他乌龟多出一倍，这真称得上是个奇迹。

因为在野外，两只乌龟交配一次之后，雄性乌龟的精液可以在雌性体内存活4年，虽然雌乌龟每年都在产卵，但并不是每一枚蛋都是受精卵，它一窝生下10多个蛋，可有几只可以孵出小乌龟来，恐怕连龟妈妈自己也不清楚。

大宝：啊！原来我怀孕了，而且还有14枚这么多，我真不敢相信这是真的。
