工作压力大总觉手机响?强迫症与基因有关系(1)

    整日反复洗手被别人误会为洁癖，出门后总是怀疑是否关好门窗，一些事情总是不由自主地在脑海里反复出现……这些“强迫症”患者如今有了新的治疗希望。

    昨天，早报记者获悉，新一期的国际权威科学杂志《自然》发表了上海神经科学研究所冯国平教授的研究成果，首度揭示了强迫症生理机制，该项研究可能在
    未来催生出治疗强迫症的新药。

    没有Sapap3就会反复洗脸

    不同于一般疾病，作为一种神经症，强迫症的症状特点就是自我强迫，它违背病人的意志反复出现，而病人却又无法控制。强迫症最显著的特征就是强制介入的焦虑思想和重复性的行为动作。比如，强迫性地对细菌感到恐惧，以致反复地洗手。

    此前，尽管一些药物能缓解强迫症，但科学家一直没有探明该病背后的深层机制。

    而冯国平教授所在的研究小组，从小鼠身上发现了强迫症的关键奥秘。科研人员在研究信息传导的动物实验中，偶然发现在去除了一种名叫Sapap3的基因后，小鼠居然出现类似人类强迫症的行为———反复抓自己的脸，直到毛皮破损，甚至流血，还无法停止，同时还显得特别焦躁不安。对于小鼠而言，这种抓摸其实就是“洗脸”。
