失重状态下的火焰
在失重状态下更容易形成外形更圆滑、温度更低的火焰,如图所示,图片左侧的是正常重力状态下的火焰,右侧是失重状态下的火焰。不同于地球环境状态,在失重状态下热低密度空气并不会上升。在失重状态下,粒子从高温至低温区域占据主控地位。
研究太空状态燃烧现象将揭示这种现象更多的基础物理原理,进而有助于研制未来太空任务的火灾扑灭技术。
