人体失重环境测试
太空研究的一个重要部分是聚焦于失重状态下人体生理反应,自由下落状态能够影响宇航员对体积尺寸和距离的判断,从而导致细血细胞和肌肉质量的减少。但是影响最大的还是人体骨骼。
即使接受严格的体能锻炼,在太空环境下多数人的一些部位(如臀部)骨骼重量每月将减少1.5%,这相当于绝经后女性一年内流失的骨骼重量。目前研究人员正在致力研究如何减缓这种效应,其中一种方法就是利用垂直跑步机模拟失重环境。
